Hi divine people, I hope you are managing to swim through the waves of change that are happening to us and all around us. I nearly posted during the equinox we just had being so powerful and all but felt to hold back. Now the feeling is to post Patricia’s take on what’s been happening and why. She uses the word ‘God’ but I encourage you to use what ever word you feel correctly connects you to divine source energy. The gyst of what she is sharing went into my system easily. It feels like we are really moving along now and this is another offering from a light worker who resonates for me in this now moment. Maybe this will be right for you if you are reading it.

As we move through this first year of the New Earth at warp speed, we are being presented with amazing opportunities to add to the Light of the world. The Earth is deeply affected by the movements and alignments of all of the Celestial Bodies surrounding this planet. During the Shift of the Ages that was God Victoriously accomplished on December 21-22, 2012, the Earth reclaimed her rightful place in our Solar System and Ascended out of our long exile in separation and duality. Now the influx of Light that bathes the Earth through various Celestial events is being amplified beyond anything we have ever experienced.

 At the present time, all Life on this planet is still being influenced by the powerful Full Moon we experienced on September 19th. This was the fourth Full Moon of the season which is very rare and empowers to a greater degree all of the Full Moons that occurred during that season. In addition to that tremendous influx of Light, we are also being held in the embrace of the first Autumn or Spring Equinox of the New Earth, depending on which hemisphere you live in. This event occurred on September 22nd, and opened a portal of unprecedented Healing and Divine Love that is now flowing in, through, and around every particle and wave of Life on Earth.

 Both of these events will be exponentially expanded on September 29th, the day celebrated in the outer-world as Archangel Michael’s Feast Day. On this powerful day Archangel Michael and his Legions of Power and Protection will assist the I AM Presence of every person on Earth to envelope each one in an invincible forcefield of protection that will prevent the upcoming influxes of Light from creating excess stress on our physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. This forcefield of protection will also be expanded for Mother Earth and the Elemental Kingdom.

 The Company of Heaven is now asking Lightworkers around the world to be the Open Door for the influx of Light that will activate the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, and open to full breadth the portal through which our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love will flow into the mental and emotional strata of Earth. The success of this vitally important facet of the unfolding Divine Plan will make the Renaissance of Divine Love a tangible reality far more quickly than outer appearances seem to indicate.

 Please take the following information into the deepest recesses of your heart and respond to this opportunity to add to the Light of the world according to your Heart’s Call. The timing for this event has been unfolding for centuries, but it was only possible with the success of the Shift of the Ages.

 The activation for the patterns of perfection for the New Earth and the opening of the portal for our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love will be accomplished through the unified efforts of the entire Company of Heaven and Lightworkers around the world who respond to their Heart’s Call. The portal that will be opened to full breadth is located in the same area through which the initial impulse and the tangible manifestation of the first Renaissance occurred over 500 years ago. This portal pulsates above Italy and envelopes the entire country.

 The Divine Plan

 This is truly a Global event and your Light is needed NOW. You can add your magnificent Light to this critical facet of the Divine Plan from wherever you are on the planet. There are approximately 100 Lightworkers from around the world who have volunteered to travel to Italy for a Sacred Pilgrimage that will take place October 5th – 17th, 2013. This Pilgrimage will begin in Rome and conclude in Venice, Italy. During this activity of Light, the Lightworkers physically present on the Pilgrimage in Italy will unify their Heart Flames and form a mighty transformer through which the Light of God from the Company of Heaven and the Light from the Lightworkers around the world who are joining in consciousness, will flow to accomplish this facet of the Divine Plan.

 It is vital that this phase of the Divine Plan be victoriously accomplished prior to the unprecedented influx of Light that will bathe our planet and ALL Life evolving upon her during the upcoming Eclipses. The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will take place on October 18, 2013, and the New Moon Solar Eclipse will take place on November 3, 2013. This time frame will align with the 10th anniversary of Harmonic Concordance which took place during the powerful Lunar and Solar Eclipses in November 2003.

 Harmonic Concordance was a Cosmic Moment during which Humanity reached a critical mass of Divine Love, thus creating an unstoppable shift of energy, vibration, and consciousness. This shift into 5th-Dimensional frequencies of Divine Love allowed the Feminine Polarity of our Mother God, the Holy Spirit, to return to Earth and to secure her luminous Presence within every person’s Heart Flame. This was something the masses of Humanity had not experienced on a collective level since our fall from Grace aeons ago. The rare Celestial alignments that occurred during Harmonic Concordance in November 2003, catapulted Humanity forward in the Light. This event which involved both the Company of Heaven and Lightworkers around the world, was instrumental in Earth’s God Victorious Ascent up the Spiral of Evolution during the Shift of the Age.

 Now we are being presented with an even greater opportunity to move this sweet Earth and all her Life forward in the Light. ONCE THE PORTAL OVER ITALY IS OPENED TO FULL BREADTH, WHICH WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED OCTOBER 5-17, 2013, THE PATTERNS FOR OUR NEWLY BIRTHED RENAISSANCE OF DIVINE LOVE WILL FLOW INTO EVERY ATOMIC AND SUBATOMIC PARTICLE AND WAVE OF LIFE ON EARTH. THIS UNPRECEDENTED INFLUX OF DIVINE LOVE WILL CLEAR THE WAY FOR THE MONUMENTAL 5TH-DIMENSIONAL CRYSTALLINE SOLAR FREQUENCIES OF LIGHT THAT WILL POUR INTO THE EARTH DURING THE UPCOMING ECLIPSES.

 What will this influx of Light mean for Humanity and the Earth? The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that during the two weeks that the Earth will be held in the embrace of the upcoming Eclipses, Humanity’s I AM Presence will be able to release the residue of the obsolete concepts of separation and duality which are still blocking us from experiencing the patterns of Divine Love, Oneness, and Reverence for ALL Life that are associated with the New Earth and our Renaissance of Divine Love. This release will create the sacred space for Humanity to move forward a quantum leap in tangibly manifesting our Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love and our Renaissance of Divine Love.

 In order for us to comprehend just what opening the Renaissance of Divine Love portal in Italy will mean for all of us, the Company of Heaven asked us to review the quantum shift of consciousness that took place during the first Renaissance.

 The first Renaissance originated a little over 500 years ago in Florence, Italy. It was part of a master plan to accelerate the return of the Love Nature of our Mother God, the Divine Feminine, which we have always known as the Holy Spirit. The Divine Intent of the first Renaissance was to awaken Humanity’s creative right-brain hemispheres which had been almost dormant since our fall from Grace aeons ago.

 In the middle of the 14th century we were living in the Dark Ages and our affinity for culture and the arts was practically nonexistent. In order to stimulate our creative right brains, the Company of Heaven projected the wisdom of the arts into the mental and emotional stratum of Earth. As this sacred knowledge filtered into Humanity’s hearts and conscious minds, art, music, dance, literature, and every other creative facet of the Renaissance elevated people into a level of culture and civility that we had not experienced since our fall from Grace.

 The movement in Italy spread throughout Europe, signaling the end of the Dark Ages and the beginning of modern history. The Renaissance inspired civil liberty and a new internal order of culture and political development. It was the beginning of Humanity’s awakening and a crucial stage in the process of liberating the human mind from our fear-based, fragmented human ego’s paralyzing grip of fear and misinformation. In the midst of unrivaled, barbaric darkness, the Renaissance birthed a civilization of a Higher Order.

 As our right-brain hemispheres were stimulated with new levels of creativity, more of the Love of our Mother God was able to flow into our lives. The first Renaissance became a time of enlightenment and played a critical part in liberating the human mind. Individualism and self-empowerment rose up in the hearts of Humanity, and people pulled away from the oppressive control of the Church. The Renaissance person did not abandon his or her beliefs, but rather adopted new attitudes. Rigidly dogmatic concepts were challenged and cast aside. This marked a momentous turning point in history. There was a resurgence of the Human Spirit that made possible all of the great achievements of modern Humanity. It initiated an atmosphere that was favorable to new ideas, innovative accomplishments, and creative enterprises in every human endeavor. The most amazing part of all of that is the fact that this transformation was accomplished in the middle of the Dark Ages during a time when our human egos were totally manipulating our hearts and minds, a time when Humanity was truly asleep.

 Now everything has changed. Even though there are still people on this planet acting as though they live in the Dark Ages, the vast majority of Humanity does not. During the past 27 years, miraculous Activities of Light have been successfully accomplished by Lightworkers around the world and unprecedented Divine Intervention has taken place. As a result, Humanity is in the midst of the greatest shift of consciousness that has ever occurred in any system of worlds.

 Every man, woman, and child and every particle of Life on Earth have victoriously Ascended up the 5th-Dimensional Spiral of Evolution, thus birthing the New Earth. Now millions of people on this planet are fully Awake. These precious souls are deliberately participating in the process of cocreating the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, our Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love, and a Renaissance of Divine Love that will transform this planet into Heaven on Earth, which is her Divine Destiny.

 Imagine what miracles we will cocreate in the Awakened state of consciousness Humanity is now experiencing, when the portal for newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love is opened to full breadth and those patterns of Divine Love begin to tangibly manifest on Earth. The Beings of Light said it is impossible for Humanity to fathom what we will experience when our New Renaissance of Divine Love is physically manifest on this planet, but they said it will be GLORIOUS beyond our wildest imagination.

The Month of May…

Halfway Through the Ascension NINE MONTH Period

Hi to everyone and my apologies for posting this a little late. So much light has been pouring in lately. We have been through the midst of 2 out of 3 eclipses and several strong solar flares, and much has been happening on a personal level where introspection and in breath time was needed. My feeling has also been to wait until it felt correct to post something appropriate, and there have been many wonderful articles written on many new paradigm subjects. The one that has grabbed me this time is a channelled message via Denise LeFay’s website which I found very interesting, marking this time period as half way point we are at now, of a nine month period which feels rather applicable for the gestation period and birthing of a brand new earth. Many are in doubt and fear at this time on our planet as we have been clearing so much lower vibrational, old paradigm energies where we have not been living in our truth (all part of the divine plan) but this is changing big time! This (transcribed) May 5, 2013 ‘Karma To Dharma’ message by Cosmic Awareness, coming through Will Berlinghof, and assisted by his wife Callista Summerfield-Berlinghof is very good and helpful in further explaining what we’re all in the midst of right now and why…

“…This month of May is indeed a pivotal point in the journey towards one’s spiritual expansion and spiritual consciousness. The forces of those higher powers, the force of Divine Consciousness is the water that is being swum in now, and it is crucial to truly realize that this is the truth of your being and that one and all who are those seekers who are willing to go beyond the comfort zone, to let go of the side of the pool, realize finally that they are spiritual beings of High Order and they are in the process of truly remembering this and to do so they must now swim in the deeper waters.

That at this time, halfway through the nine-month period of inner development and growth, of healing and release, the energies are such that it is encouraging those who are of that mind to move forward, to trust and have faith. That this is indeed the next part of the journey for those who are not comfortable in the deeper waters. That you can stay at the side of the pool, but at some point, you must believe that to reach the other side of the pool you must swim through those deeper waters. And for those who have stepped out of the pool and are standing on firm grounds, who have retracted, who have withdrawn, this time may be the most challenging of all for you. Realize that even though fear seems to dominate you, it is false, it is False Evidence Appearing Real, and that you are still within the energies of the Divine and encouraged to get back into the pool and to expand in consciousness, not to retract. That this is today’s message from this Awareness at this time.

Awareness, if I may just make comment here, it seems that if we are to embrace the expansion that is available to us, then we are given more of a choice of the different timelines that we can access in order to manifest those things that we need. 

That this is correct. That multiple timelines are opening for one and all and that part of that which is the contraction is a retreat back into familiar timelines where one is of the opinion and holds to the truth that they have no power. That the timelines of those who are contracting will reflect this and external events will continue to dominate their lives and they will continue to insist they have no power to change anything and that even if they try, and even if they have tried, nothing changed. That it is why it is important to look even deeper into one’s negativity, into the events one is calling forth in their lives and to see it as evidence of the timelines they are on…” (Read on here)

Power Path Update – April Forecast 2013

Hi everyone, I hope you all had an enjoyable Easter. It is amazing we are now entering April and the change of season is definitely upon us, with some interesting weather we’ve been having. This month we have a Lunar eclipse during the full moon on the 25th so my feeling is we are being challenged more regularly and our resource/support lists may be helpful. These can include, beautiful walks in nature, or visiting someones garden, vibrational or homeopathic remedies, trips to the masseuse, writing inner reflections down and drawing in your journals if you have one, professional people you can call on if in need of guidance, grounding exercises, meditation in stillness, kindness to self, warm baths with epsom salts to clear negative dross and energies, regular violet flame invocations to sweep through the bodies, chakras and systems to transmute less-than-love emotions, energies/vibrations/frequencies/entities & influences, bleed-through from time-lines, beliefs, memories, unconscious programming as well as any physical ailments that may be coming up. the physical body is the most dense and needs care and clearing quite regularly in my opinion. That’s a lot I know. I like to add to my resource list as I go. It comes in handy when we are in overwhelm as many have been in the last month.

And there are many very positive, wonderful occurences happening too, synchronicities, signs and signals of magic that is happening all around us, if we can remember it’s all a game on Earth school, things morph all the time if you can flow with the changes and keep the heart open in gratitude, even for the uncomfortable bits that are actually helping us to grow. What is real is becoming more questionable if you ask me. I keep thinking of the wonderful movie “The Matrix” and have been experiencing more and more of these ‘matrix’ moments. It’s not really real I hear, just have fun, play with it, stay creative, play music and keep it light where ever possible, whilst being present to those lower vibrating energies and emotions, just don’t feed anything where you feel you power going down. Find something beautiful to focus on, look through soft eyes 🙂

The theme for April is MOMENTUM.

Lena Stevens has just posted this months update (below is only an excerpt) and much more… on powerpath.com

“When something has momentum it takes more of an effort to change its course, and less of an effort to move it in the direction it is already going. This is a tricky month as momentum will take hold in whatever direction you happen to be putting your focus and energy.

For example, if you are in a bad mood, that mood is in danger of gathering momentum. If you are focused on a creative project of your choosing, it will also gather momentum. It is very important that you are focused on the things you want in your life at this time for they are the ones that will gather momentum.

This is a highly creative and productive time. The challenge will be to stay directed and to have the discipline to move yourself out of situations and away from negativity that you would rather not be gathering momentum around. This will take discernment, the use of good boundaries and a commitment to some truth telling about what serves you and what does not.

If you find yourself in a downward spiral where everything seems to be falling apart in a big way, you may need to look at the truth of allowing something you have been holding onto to dissolve and leave your life. You may finally have the momentum to move yourself out of a situation that is not healthy or serving. On the other hand, a creative project that is aligned with spirit may have just been waiting for such a time to take off.

Whenever you have a great deal of creativity you also have destruction. Destruction as an energy can be used wisely this month as a way of cleaning and clearing and changing your environment to something more compatible. It can also be used as a tool to end something that needs to be completed. If however you are engaged in negative behaviors, bad attitudes and addictions, this destructive energy can turn against you and you could both experience and witness a very grim side of it. This month will be especially difficult for those who struggle with addictions.

With that said, however, it could also be an extremely positive month for those who have struggled with addictions in the past but are now willing to tell the truth and focus on changing their behavior at a deeper level. This willingness and determination to proactively create a better situation for themselves will gather momentum and has the potential for profound and permanent change. People with addictions will need a lot of support this month as the creative side of the month can offer many distractions that end up derailing good intentions.

Distractions will show up in the form of unimportant things vying for your attention. For example, if you suddenly find yourself fixated with how dirty your car is and begin the process of thoroughly cleaning it, this better be what you want to do with your time because it will gather momentum and you will not be available for something else that may be more important. PRIORITIZE this month and be disciplined about your priorities because if you are not, something will come in to distract you and gather up all your momentum and creativity. This is especially true around someone else’s project or situation. Make sure you are telling the truth to yourself about what you are willing to do and what is really a distraction that becomes an energy leak.

This is a good month to revisit the concept of energy leaks as a model to help you with organizing where your focus is and what serves you as opposed to what is distracting and non-serving. An energy leak is something that bleeds your vitality and gives nothing back. It can be a bad habit or behavior, unnecessary worry, a relationship that takes and never gives back, and any time your obstacle gets the better of you (Stubbornness, Impatience, Martyrdom, Self-Deprecation, Arrogance, Greed, Self-Destruction). Remember that MOMENTUM will attach itself to wherever you are focused this month so if it is to any one of these behaviors you may be in trouble. There is a difference between a true energy leak and a necessary responsibility. A necessary responsibility will ultimately lead you towards your goal, an energy leak will not.

Be aware and be present this month. If momentum is taking you in the wrong direction, examine it. If your truth tells you that dissolving is a good thing, allow it. If momentum is simply taking you in a negative direction, use your own inner discipline and determination to change it. Sometimes this is not easy so you may need to ask for help. We always recommend baby steps and this month even the baby steps will grab the momentum and move you quickly in the right direction.

As to the creativity, set some boundaries so you don’t bite off more than you can chew at this time. Make sure that what you are focused on is what you really want. This may be a time to revisit your goals and dreams and to refine them if necessary. Make sure they are yours and not someone else’s. The need for Freedom is huge this month and shows up as the freedom to choose, the freedom to think for ones’ self and the freedom to eliminate what does not serve.

To jump-start projects in a highly creative way
To complete something efficiently and with integrity
To increase your abundance, health, vitality, joy
To become more and more clear about what serves you and what doesn’t
To work on your boundaries
To create something spectacular
To make a big change in the right direction

The 7 Obstacles
Scatter and Chaos
Too much on your plate

Bottom line: It’s your life. You get to choose. Do it for yourself. What do you want? Stop whining and take advantage of this fabulous opportunity.

April 1-7: Take an inventory of your energy leaks, the things that do not serve you, and what is unimportant on your plate. Tell the truth about what you want and where your boundaries need to be. Greetings dear ones. We come again to encourage and advise you regarding the current state many of you find yourselves in. There are huge changes taking place within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of every evolving individual. Old energy from eons of time that were and still are stored within cellular memory is releasing. This process uses a lot of energy, often leaving you feeling depleted and wondering if there is a physical problem.

Honor this process–on the days you feel depleted, lay down and just rest if you can. Try to do less of the physical if you must be at your job. This depletion will pass and often varies from day to day.

This is also a time when many are feeling anxious, confused, and concerned regarding what their next step is to be. Do not try to figure this out. You have been trained to plan and use the mind for a solution to every situation. That is not the way it is to be in the future. You are learning to let go of the need to know everything and instead to listen, trusting your increasingly powerful intuition while not trying to figure everything out with the mind. Mind in its purest sense, is an avenue of awareness.

If you have chosen ascension and are working to understand the deeper truths, then all is proceeding according to plan regardless of how it seems nothing is happening. You don’t need to know exactly what is coming for the world and for yourselves personally, for it is still unfolding. Your job is to allow that by staying centered in truth through meditation and practice while not getting energetically involved in the negative appearances around you. The world is shifting to a higher resonance and every bit of truth you know adds to it, helping to bring about the shift.

When you find you not longer enjoy certain foods in the amounts you used to, then just don’t eat them any longer–foods or amounts. If you discover that those entertainments you always enjoyed no longer resonate with you, then don’t keep trying to revive them–for in most cases, they are finished. Massive changes are taking place on all levels dear ones; friends, family, likes, and dislikes, concepts and beliefs are all finding a new place within your consciousness. The only error is in trying to hold on to what is finished. “Go with the flow” as it is said, honor your intuition, and do those things you are being guided to do in each moment even if it means laying down doing nothing.

Mankind has been taught to keep physically and mentally busy in every moment which worked and was frequently necessary in many very physical past lifetimes, but in the new energy “busyness” of mind and body can simply be a distraction which at times can actually cause you to feel ill.

A constant barrage of noise through 24/7 use of phones, media, electronic games etc. can be very off centering and discordant to the higher frequencies and simply serves to hold you in the old. Release the hold these things may have on you regardless of how much the world tells you they are “must haves”. We are not saying that you need to give up the things or games you still enjoy, but we are saying that they need to take their proper place through the realization that they are not a necessity.

We wish to speak today of energy which is a topic you have all have read or heard about and often discuss yet many do not fully understand. Energy is the vibration or essence of Divine Consciousness and is therefore the substance of all that is and the connection binding all living things which you call Love. Energy when interpreted by a consciousness that is not very evolved and is filled with false concepts and beliefs will appear and feel very dense and heavy.

Energy appears lighter and lighter as levels of awareness evolve and is pure Light in the higher dimensions. A person’s aura is the energy resonance they are manifesting at a particular time. The colors making up an individual’s aura are facets of this pure light. The ever changing qualities of beliefs, past life experiences, talents, health etc. are all reflected in this diffusion of pure white light. An individual’s state of consciousness appears as their aura and is their personal energy field.

You are often told to sent light to someone who having a hard time. This means to see pure white or gold Light flowing to and surrounding them. This will help to lift them into this higher, lighter frequency if they allow it . Sometimes a person will refuse the Light and you will experience this as a blocking of the flow. If this happens, you simply give the Light to the person’s Higher Self to be released when it will be accepted.

Colors are simply facets or qualities broken out from pure consciousness which is seen as white. Many healing modalities teach you that one color is for this, or another color is for that which is true because each color has its own “job” so to speak, each a facet of that completeness that is Divine Consciousness.

However, when you send light to someone just send pure white or gold light because Light is consciousness and It knows far better than the human what the other person needs. If you are given a certain color when doing this, then you are being guided to include this ray when sending light. The Violet flame of St. Germain carries the energy of transmutation and is why you so often hear references to the Violet flame. The Violet ray is a powerful energy you can use for yourselves. Picture yourself standing in the violet temple standing in the violet flame itself while holding the intention that it transmute all that is old and finished, into the new and higher.

Energy is frequency and can be used or mis-used in the third dimension. You use energy as electricity but it can kill. Some try and use energy for selfish ends which is the essence of the dark arts. Right now you are feeling the intensity of new and higher energies as they become the new you. This is why you are experiencing buzzing noises in your head, ears ringing, dizziness, heart flutterings and so many other odd physical symptoms that would scare you if you did not understand what was happening.

The energy making up the whole you is changing in multitudinous ways you are not even aware of and has never been done before while individuals remained in their physical bodies. Because of this you are presenting a whole new scenario to the many closely monitoring this process from other planets. Try not to fear with regard to whatever you are experiencing at this time dear ones, but simply allow the process to unfold and do what you are guided to do even if or when it is nothing.

Please know that if you are experiencing intense physical issues that concern you, it is entirely appropriate for you to go to your doctor, but also understand that often these issues will turn out to be your experience of the release of old injuries, memories, vows, or anything from the past or present intense enough to be stored in cellular or emotional memory.

Energy Forecast For February 2013

Hi everyone, apologies for getting this out a little late. I have noticed so much going on this month and have been feeling the need to go within and take a little time to ground, clear and integrate. I encourage those of you who are empathic, clairsentients, intuitives to bring in the Sacred Violet Flame for transmuting dense energies, and call on Archangel Michael or utilize your own clearing invocations at this time if you’re not already, (please see my Lightworker Hygiene tab for more) at this time, as it is an excellent period for releasing past issues with love and compassion in our hearts if and where possible. I am always reminded it’s all part of a much bigger Divine plan that is well under way, so even if we’ve been unintentionally behaving badly, perhaps someone else is treating us unfairly, or we’re witnessing injustices occurring around us in the world, or just feeling like a dogs breakfast, it’s still important to see the bigger picture, changes are happening (stay out of fear!), even if we can not yet see it physically. Sometimes we have to  resign as general manager of the universe and ask for help to assist us in releasing old programs that no longer serve, for the highest good of all involved, so we are able to open to brand new divine connections with each other that are much more heart centred…this really does help the whole planet!

The Completion of Old Agreements

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with you once again as we navigate through the next adventures taking place in our personal lives and around the world.

The theme emerging for many of us right now has a lot to do with finding our footing in this very new energetic space we’ve called forth. This space is feeling quite foreign to many, because in our third dimensional experience we haven’t been in this vibration for a very long time. Although everything around us still looks the same on the surface, by going within ourselves to that still and inner quiet place, we can definitely notice a change has occurred.

On a physical level, here are just some of the manifestations of change we may be noticing:

• Our inner and outer vision is sharpening. This is allowing us to see ourselves, others and our environment in a completely new light. Many are even noticing the auras of others, our animal friends, plant friends and other living beings more clearly. We may also be noticing colors and energies that we may not have before.

• Our sense of hearing, taste, touch, and smell is becoming more refined. We can see this show up most in our dietary preferences, (eating foods that provide nourishment and nutrients) and also the sounds (music, environment, ringing in the ear), fragrances and textures we are choosing to surround ourselves with.

• We find ourselves entering a space of ‘no mind’ more often. This is creating more room for the mind to rest and breathe from the constant internal chatter. The result could be something like this: we go into a room with the intention of doing something specific and all of a sudden whatever it is we thought we had to do escapes our mind completely.

• We are shedding our old skin. Our skin may feel a bit ‘itchy’ at times, however this shedding of our skin is allowing healthy vibrant new skin to emerge.

• Weight fluctuations.

• A change in our sleeping patterns.

On an energetic level, here are just some of the manifestations of change we may be noticing.

• Time appears to be bending. The way this is showing up ranges from feeling like hours have passed when in reality it has only been a few minutes, to feeling only a few minutes have passed by when in reality it’s been hours, days or even longer.

• Our personal interests are changing.

• Small talk or being anything less than authentic is no longer something we feel we want to take part in. This can lead to shifts in our personal relationships and social circles.

• Focusing on just one set thing for long periods of time (a job, hobby, person, etc…). This is simply us craving more balance in our lives.

• A desire to delve even deeper into our spiritual practices that ultimately reconnect us to the Divinity within and all around us.

• We are tapping into streams of higher insights and wisdom opening us up to a more expanded outlook of ourselves, our journey, process, gifts, talents, and the totality of life itself.

The Completion of Old Agreements

In previous forecasts, I have mentioned that it’s time to release the identity that we are just small Earth beings, and remember that we are vast Galactic Beings. Over the next few months, we’ll notice that stepping into the role of a Galactic Being is much easier than before. Why is this? Prior to entering this third dimensional experience, many of us signed up to help usher in the great shift that started decades ago. Through this energy agreement, many of us took on specific obligations that ensured the great shift would come to fruition. We knew that these agreements would not be for the faint of heart, so we lovingly volunteered to take them on because we knew we could handle them. And we’ve done exactly that.

Now, the expiration date on these agreements has arrived allowing them to become completely null and void in this new consciousness we have manifested. We now have true freedom to choose everything that aligns us with our deepest and most authentic joy. No more conditions and limitations are necessary. If you’re someone who felt that there was some type of resistant force in your life even though you were diligently doing your inner spiritual and re-connective work, now you know why. It was never personal, it was simply an agreement that needed to run its full course.

Soon, if it hasn’t happened already, a feeling that a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders will rise up. This feeling will propel us to choose from a more expanded awareness, aligning us with a more fluid, easy, relaxed and joyful Earth experience. Thank you, Universe!

Restoring Balance

As we begin creating a more joyful Earth experience for ourselves, a big contributor to this will be the creation of balance in our lives. There are three simple aspects we must tend to as Galactic Beings that will create more balance in our lives.

The three aspects of Balance include:

• Mindful Inner Practice – These are the daily personal practices that remind us of the Divinity within and all around us. These are the life-lines that feed our spirit and connect us to “All That Is”.

• Inspired Action – After reconnecting to the Divinity within through our mindful inner practice, it’s time to be proactive so that our emerging potentials are birthed in form. The way we become proactive is to continue developing our gifts, talents, and creative abilities so that when an opportunity comes up leading us closer to our greatest vision for ourselves, we are ready to step into it.

• Play – This allows the inner child to come out and experience itself as the buoyant and fun energy it was meant to be.

Because of the societal conditions surrounding us, many of us have been taught to put more value on ‘doing’ rather than just ‘being.’ This manifests itself as identifying our self worth through the type of career we have chosen, or how much money we have in our bank account. Doing is more of a forced and trying type of energy. By always ‘doing’ we move ourselves out of balance. By ‘being’ mindful, ‘being’ open to inspired action, and ‘being’ playful we bring back a healthy balance into ourselves. It’s in this balance that we are able to recognize the value of who we really are without having to do anything to earn it.

The Universe always provides us with opportunities to experience greater balance in our lives. Some of these opportunities may feel more like challenges because we may be choosing to look the other way when it comes to integrating the three aspects of balance in our lives. Right now, we are in a time where anything we are still neglecting, putting off or denying is demanding our attention. This includes tending to our well-being, personal and business relationships, finances, etc…. Why is what we’ve been putting off demanding our attention? It’s all coming to the surface right now so that a resolution can be made. Before we can even begin to move forward, it’s very important we tend to all the things that we’ve been neglecting or have not yet brought into full acceptance and resolution within us.

As we restore balance in our own personal lives, we contribute to the restoration of the balance around the world.

Welcome to the New Paradigm…

Hi everyone, and welcome to the new year and indeed a new paradigm! Of course we know that the world did not end and this was never going to be the case. It is imperative that we each of us, tune into what information feels correct and appropriate, especially now on our planet. This at times may not be logical as we are moving into using more of our intuitive abilities. It would seem many had grave expectations only to be left with a feeling of ‘now what?’ It’s interesting to see that focusing singularly on outcome, on a particular date for example, what effect that can have on the collective. Perhaps many were thinking and hoping that the world would not end and indeed this may have changed certain outcomes from eventuating. And some were hoping for change to happen and were left feeling disappointed. I’m sure there were plenty who may not even have been aware and so we could theorize about that. Anyway, I prefer to focus on ‘journey’ and see this year as the beginning of a beautiful new more heart focused journey. And part of this journey will no doubt have its challenges, especially on our emotions and our physical bodies.

As we become lighter, it is important to look at the way we eat, choosing live, organic and more alkaline foods if possible, and drink plenty of fresh water wherever possible to help the cleansing process. Food and water can also be blessed with love and gratitude if fresh food is not available. There are many things to help lift our vibration and as a Transformative Therapist I see many more people considering counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive therapy, art therapy, dance therapy and so many more wonderful areas of support to help them work through emotional issues that are coming up through the system. Now we can google ‘ascension symptoms’ and see there is a plethora of strange physical pains, dizziness, hormone fluctuations, memory loss, ringing ears and much more that are also presenting. As Lee Harris explains in his video, it is a time to be kind to ourselves where ever possible and nurture ourselves, where we may have ordinarily pushed through it – it is now about honouring our systems.

You are walking the path of the trailblazer with every step you take, you are integrating the opposing forces within you and using them to consciously create beauty within you and around you and experiencing what it means to be the creator, to be YOU as a dynamic living power waiting to be expressed. The energy within flows through your heart, your chakric centers from your eternal spirit and you breathe it in, celebrating life in a physical body here on Earth as you move to the next level of our individual and collective potential.

Your every thought, word and activity in the everyday story of your life brings forth the magic of your creative abilities. Employ the qualities of wisdom and discernment as you weave the strands with truth, bringing balance, order, wholeness and completion in all that you do. Choose wisely that which you create for it manifests not only in the visible but in all dimensions of life.

You are completing a great transformation in your life and are ready to step into your true purpose, merging the masculine and feminine energies within you in a fully balanced way. You are both fully human and divine and you experience peace and well being as you become more comfortable in this knowing. A new beginning beckons as you step boldly forward. 21-12-12 and the following days

Hi everyone, I am forwarding this to you at this time, even though for some it is our summer solstice (as Lena has referred to winter solstice below in the northern hemisphere), there is some simple info beneath that resonated for me and might for you…

The next 3-4 days have created a lot of hype. Anything in fear for me is not the focus I wish to choose, and everyone can choose what to ‘make it mean’ of course. I just keep coming back to love. This morning’s meditation surprised me as it was so simple; everything, all the planets and our suns were just bathed in love. I felt peace and imagined this for our world and the surrounding worlds, not pandemonium at all. We are having the experience the way each and everyone of us is having the experience. Nothing should ever be made invalid. Yet the tendency is to agree with others, especially if there’s some juicey drama there :))

Enough said ABOUT THE 21-12-12 except when checking in with heart energy, the ‘way’ seems much clearer and in the now moment. This is just some writing on a page which may or may not resonate for you.

Power Path School of Shamanism

Dear Friends,

Wishing you a Blessed Solstice and a Wondrous Holiday Season from all of us at the Power Path!

The Winter Solstice is exact on Friday, December 21 at 4:11 AM Mountain Standard Time. This is one of the most important time frames in our history. Although the exact time of the solstice is important to note, the 48 hours afterwards is equally as potent and may be even more so in terms of where your thoughts, intentions, feelings and focus are.The energy is about honoring and forgiving the structure that has held life together up until this point. Move yourself into a place of trust that a new structure has been organizing itself in the quantum field through a collective intention of having a better world. It is on the brink of being birthed onto the physical plane. The best intention during this time is to be in trust.

Here are some suggestions of how to work with this time:

Stay away from negativity and martyrdom and be positive and optimistic no matter what.

Clear your mind and your environment from clutter so you can be open to the incredible insights available at this time and have a journal handy to write them down. Pay attention to your dreams and anything that is surfacing at this time especially old memories and recapitulations. If emotions grab you, let them pass on through.

Instead of thinking and thinking and thinking about maybe doing something or changing something, make a commitment to do it. Take some time to write serious intentions and don’t be afraid to dream big and to leave room for spirit to bring you more than you can imagine.

Reestablish your connection with guides and allies through meditation and spiritual practice. Ask for help and keep “don’t know mind” about how it may show up.

Be around friends and family and community that are on the same page.

Forgive, forgive, forgive.

Do a burning ritual: write down with total forgiveness what you are complete with and burn it ritually with some offering of sage or tobacco. Then write your intentions.

Say hello to the earth and the sun and the new frequencies they are bringing in. Be very conscious and present with your environment sending light and love into all the physical extensions of yourself (electronics, electrical system, vehicles, plumbing, clothing, appliances etc etc.) In this way you are “tuning” yourself to the larger energies of the earth and the sun and then harmonizing your personal environment.

It would be a good idea to clean your home and workspace with a cleansing smoke or whatever method you use. Bells and tuning forks work well too.

Light a long burning candle and place on your sheet of intentions along with a vase of fresh flowers.

 This is the dawn of a new era and the one we have been waiting for. It is the time frame that marks the end of the hierarchical, competitive and success oriented approach to life and marks the beginning of a relationship, cooperative and community oriented cycle. It won’t happen overnight however, we must take advantage of this time through our attention and focus. If you plant the seed right, a beautiful growth will follow.

Lunar Eclipse Full Moon

Hi everyone, hope your ship’s steering is remaining somewhat on course, on the other hand it probably won’t be because we are going through so much change but we can keep coming back to our sacred centres regularly in love, patience and compassion and breeeaaathe ahhh. The eye of any storm is the best place to hang out and stay well grounded and drink plenty of water.

Another beautiful Lunar eclipse is upon us – a great time for reflection and moving energies. There will probably be more after effects that go with eclipses. It almost feels like the 2 eclipses create sort  a container that acts like a giant transformer. Once we’ve moved out the other side can be a good time to anchor calm steady light into mother earth to help ‘equalize’ any extreme weather and/or emotions that may be arising on the planet. I have included Soluntra King’s description below, some which resonated for me. She does a lot of Earth healing and if you can go the distance and read on, it may give you another way of seeing which I quite like. We are all so powerful and capable. We are starting to remember, which is making some of the old outmoded programs obsolete quickly now…but it gets replaced with something much much better…please enjoy:)

When the Moon is furthest to the Earth, that causes tension and possible earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and extreme weather. This tension can be utilized in positive ways to be from our centre and hold the beam in the stillness and oneness for all humanity and life.
What can we do now to ensure a bright future for many generations to come.

The Full Moon is a time of completion and celebration, in Gemini we have the twin aspects
celebrating co-operation in unison, the individual parts remain unique but are now able to align in the polarization of Sagittarius as it shoots straight to the heart. Time to celebrate our diversity in oneness, it is a great time for a party or to be the radiant Light that you are. With the Lunar Eclipse you will be able to go deep not only into your own psyche and centre but work with the Councils of Light in holding the Divine Source/Light portals worldwide in oneness and unity. Creating higher dimensional zones where duality has been playing out. This is not about changing, controlling or judging but merely being the anchor you truly are and holding the higher frequencies as we move beyond the illusion.

The Councils of Light are utilising the special energies of this Full Moon eclipse to illuminate us so we can easily connect into the unified matrix of Light, the Diamond Light Matrix.
The Diamond Light Matrix is now getting an upgrade and the Diamonds that are places around the planet are being supercharged. There are many others and they have been anchored by Light Beings and when it’s the right time activated by the same Light Beings who anchored them as we unify ourselves and are aware that we are the Light Being, multi-prismed, multi-dimensional just like the Diamonds in the Earth. Opening up pathways of Light for us to resonate with the higher light octaves for our divine self, and in our Divine Blueprint. Be open to the Diamond Light today. Our hearts were opened wide in the Solar Eclipse just been and now we can awaken our Divine Blueprint and the Diamond Light Matrix within our bodies of Light integrated through our physical bodies as we become the diamond light matrix of light.

Get ready for an amazing inner awakening our your multi-prismed self as the doorway through the heart is open and we are now ready to access the light codings always within us that express our divinity as holders of the Living Library of Light and creation story. As we graduate to the awareness while still in our earth bodies that we are in the new earth and co-creating it. Life’s about ‘we’

I’ve just watched the most beautiful and moving video on New Earth Daily done by Anthony Robins…talking about finding a way to love your labour and being of service, and when we serve something more than ourselves he says we feel more alive. Some people may not go for this kind of thing but I was surprised at how heart felt and humble he was, sharing about what we’re here to do which translated for me to what our soul’s divine purpose is. I felt moved and hope this moves you too.

MULTI- DIMENSIONAL INTEGRATION EQUINOX SUN INTO ARIES – INITIATE NEW BEGINNINGS

I am sure many of you are feeling stressed out at present, or feeling a bit over it all, even if there is not an obvious 3D reason or simply that 3D is just getting too hard to operate in.
You may be finding it difficult to sleep or sleeping a lot more, over eating or under eating or seemingly experiencing old patterns and ways of behaviour that you have not done for along time, that was unified and now its back.
This is not because you are regressing or losing it. In fact it’s the opposite, just be kind to yourself as you are rearranging your cellular memory.
We feel stressed or tired of it all when we are not so connected and at peace with ourself.
So what ever is happening take a few minutes to take some deep breathes in and tell yourself you are at peace…and love and accept any imbalances and know that it is only a momentary experience and that in the greater reality all is divine and peaceful and allowing, so bring yourself back to the now and the stillness with your breath.
Just a few slow deep abdominal breathes in and out through the nostrils, or in through the nostrils and out through the mouth if really stressed. Stress is a perception from our experience, so the breathe assists us to experience the stillness and connect deeper within.
We are being forced to connect deeper to our divine core and the source within as our own love and radiance brings us into balance.
The Sun Spots and the Solar Flares coming to us are also stirring things up as they are bringing in massive amounts of light and restructuring our cellular memory. You may have noted that no disruption was experienced from the latest Sun spots and flares on Earth, in the worse case scenario all the power could go down and take years to repair and the nuclear power plants all go into meltdown as they only have a short amount of fuel to keep the generators going to cool the rods. This is the fear and duality realm but we are moving beyond that with all the love and acceptance we are coming from and state of peace within as we unify and move beyond the duality drama.
There are many light workers who greet the Sun and consciously aware of their oneness with her, as well as the Central and Greater Central Suns. As well as many able to sun gaze and see the sacred geometric shapes of our Sun in the higher dimensions. We are learning to come from a state of oneness with the Sun, ourself and all life so that we are not affected by the duality and fear that is only held and rules in the third density. Most of you would no longer be third dimensional and if you listen to your inner guidance and know who you are then you are in a totally different space and resonating in higher frequencies of light, one with the Sun within and without, in the world but not of it.

 In order to assist with this transition and to keep you connected and present;
Imagine you are in a clear Octahedron and that the 13 rainbow rays of the New Earth and higher dimensional you are flowing in through the top apex, spiralling down and around to the bottom and then pouring up your central channel out the top apex and then flowing all around you as in the diagram.
Do this at the start of your day for several minutes and any other time through the day when you feel heavy, tired or down. I am also using this on trees and plants that are not well and if you have children then see this flow through them as well.
The Octahedron and this flow is the universal flow and will get the life force flowing through you more easily as well. The octahedron is a doorway of divine love and light and inter-dimensional and in the bigger picture symbolic of the white how we came out of into creation and the black hole we go back through as we complete this duality cycle.

We will be experiencing a lot of change and the stir up this year as the integration of our and the Earths multi-dimensional levels of existence unifies within the filaments of light that you are in your third dimensional body for full integration. So all the stress, physical symptoms and difficulties you have been experiencing over this build up will becomes easier once we are more connected and in the universal flow.

     This is when the Light and Dark are equal in the Southern and Northern Hemispheres, and equal Light and Dark in the day. The energies are unified, Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter merge. This energy is a powerful gateway for the transformation of humanity, and the opening of the Solar Self. Remembering the Sun is not masculine or feminine but unified energy from Source, the Moon reflects the Solar Rays and illuminates us at night, notice how Golden the Moon is now days, and bright. In the Mayan and many Sun cultures the Sun is greeted at the Equinox at sunrise as we open our hearts to our Solar Self, the Sun within us, as we honour the Divine Creator, Infinite Spirit and the interconnectedness of all. Where our peace within is merged through the Earth in harmony for all Beings, as the Heavens are in balance with us at this time.
      The Councils of Light are meeting at this time to bring in higher octaves to create another shift, if you are conscious of yourself at that level of your Being then be open to working with them at this time.
At the time of the Equinox when all the energies are balanced amazing shifts can take place and doorways from higher dimensions within the Earth and Galaxy open. Try and connect at sunrise, noon, sunset and midnight.
The Equinox is a time of balance and harmony and this equinox is an accumulation of all the heart link ups from light workers from this time and in other cycles. That creates a doorway into the New Earth and higher dimensional Earth from the unified matrix of light that we all are, in our bodies now, and in our unified matrix of multi-dimensional light through all worlds and dimensions.
     At this Equinox by connecting with the Inner Earth Sun and Greater Central Sun activating and the Liquid Light Plasma and Golden Light Body we can access deep fragments of self that assists us to unify more than even before and understand our soul journey and purpose.
    Going deeper into the light streams of our matrix we have created through the holograms of our love we can see the life flows and tangles, the joy and the sorrow, the light and dark of the duality dance we have taken. Now from an observer’s point of view, watching the dance and being able to accept and allow. In play in all spectrums of light, grey and darkness we can surrender it all into ourself and accept that what we are is beautiful without judgement or attachment.
     As we go deeper into the peace we move through the Galactic Centre. The pulse from the Galactic Centre allows us to move through the dimensional doorway into our higher dimensional self, into the void, the stillness and silence where all is manifest and we have the opportunity to become conscious of ourselves and earth all one, in the still point of oneness and love that can shift humanities consciousness beyond the duality dramas and into the new creation. We are in the now moment where everything is and can be; past, present future all one, a potent time to be and allow through your hearts intention of peace, harmony and love as the worlds merge through your multi-dimensional love.
               At the 2010 March Equinox the higher dimensions anchored into the third dimension
as we the Ancient Ones took on the mantle of our purpose for being on Earth at this time in a body as the unifier of the dimensional worlds that we hold the beam for in the stillness and allowing.
The bridge between the worlds fully awakened in us and the level of the Iridescent Light Body as it shines bright and creates our life in the New Earth.
The merging of the higher dimensional Earth with the third dimension, Earth and you, is creating the union of Heaven and Earth. Your bodies will heal easier, as well as your mind and emotions, your souls pain will ease and your heart open and experience joy more often as life is lighter. We are all ready, there is no time, no space, all is now, one. So what energies do you want to send out from your thoughts and emotions that create your world? Your intention creates the New Earth, harmony, peace and divine love and Light.
We are already there, we are in the New Earth at the level of our fifth dimensional bodies, and it’s anchoring into matter now and through our bodies and in union with all creation, total surrender and at peace in the stillness.
There is no time, its all in the now, so in this now moment where do you choose to be, and how do you choose to feel and think, do and be? Each moment is new and beautiful, you are already there.
I have seen myself in the higher dimensional Earth waving to myself here and I was already there fifth dimensionally, but things have shifted so much and its intensifying as our body is becoming lighter and lighter as we are able to integrate the lighter Earth. In No Time and Space, we are in the now, the stillness and have moved through the Crossover point of the Galactic Centre.
You may have chosen to be a pioneer and be experiencing the New Earth more fully in your life now, being the doorway for others to move through also.

On the March Equinox 2006 we opened up to the Sixth Dimensional Earth and our connection to the Inner Earth Sun became awakened more fully as we opened up to our Earthsun Body , all our energy bodies on with the Earths energy bodies as the new light codes awakened more fully in our cellular memory.

Allow yourself to be with the Light from Inner Earth Sun and meditate upon the higher dimensional New Earth. Be open to the light codes illuminating from the Inner Earth Sun, as the dimensions open for us on the surface to the Fifth Dimension.
This is a huge shift and very subtle, wonderful for those who are open, loving and choose a world of peace and harmony for all beings.
The dimensional shifts are happening in spiralling vortexes and light that move from Heaven to Earth and Earth to Heaven. The Earth and all on her are opening up to the fifth and sixth dimensions now and ascending, as the higher dimensional New Earth is filtering down through the dimensions; from the sixth at the March Equinox 2006, to the fifth on the March Equinox 2009, to the fourth on the September Equinox 2009 and on the March Equinox 2010 anchored into 3D. As the higher dimensions awaken in us and ground and anchor through our bodies and Earth. Just as the spiralling vortexes of serpent life force energy spiral clockwise and anti-clockwise, from the lower vibrations to the higher and higher to lower. As we merge into one, becoming our multi dimensional self, embodied in our physical body and living in a higher vibrational Earth that resonates with our level of consciousness that pulses from the Galactic Centre and gives movement in stillness and unlimited possibilities.
TO CONNECT has opening to the Earthsun Body and through the union of the Sun and Inner Earth Sun within, then connecting to the pulse of light and consciousness from the centre of the Galaxy and moving through the cross over point within you and the centre of the Galaxy into the Void and the new creation.

The New Moon is always the time to go within, to the inner planes and parts of us that are hidden. It is also the seed of the new beginning and when the Sun and the Moon are One. In Aries with Sun in Aries we have some new beginnings happening here that are fully supported by the universe. So focus on what you are creating for yourself as you step beyond your limitations and into the new you, alive, vibrant, rejuvenated and alive.
This New Moon is a great opportunity to open up to the New Earth. The Councils of Light and Golden Beings through the Suns are illuminating higher frequencies to the Earth Plane for the fuller anchoring of the New Earth.

The Crescent Moon is when there is exactly a quarter of the moon shining. It’s a cross over time for lots of worlds and dimensions to be accessed easily.
The Phoenix rises from the ashes a new, she shows us our transformation out of the old paradigm, duality programming and illusion and into our divine self, glowing bright.
The energy on this day is very transformational and we have the opportunity to transmute what we wish to leave behind now so we can move fully into the new with an open heart and clear sparkling bodies.
